Beautiful pool and relaxing grounds.
I was extremely disappointed during my stay! The bed was way too firm for comfort, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. On top of that, there was lack of privacy on the patios. It felt like anyone could peer into my space, which was very uncomfortable.

well-kept garden, large swimming pool, cozy community kitchen
The pillows are bulky and uncomfortable!!! A more prominent privacy divider between guest patios would enhance the experience!!! Renting bikes nearby is convenient, but more detailed information on the process would be helpful!!!

I spent some time here with friends and enjoyed the outdoor pool. We liked that it was easy to explore from the location. The owners helped us with snorkel gear and tips for our trips. Breakfast was fresh and different each morning, which I appreciated. The hammocks in our rooms made it nice for relaxing after our activities. Being a couple from Rome, we loved the laid-back feel.
Dinner wasn't served consistently during our stay. We missed out on a couple of occasions because of reservation cut-offs.

We had a fantastic two-night stay! The family room was charming and spacious, and my son adored the hammock. The gorgeous pool area was a perfect oasis. My only point is that breakfast wasn't always available at the exact time we hoped, which left us a bit rushed one morning. I'd definitely come back for the beautiful atmosphere and delicious meals!

Had an amazing time with friends! This place is close to an ADO terminal, making it easy to explore further. We enjoyed the outdoor pool, although there were limited lounging chairs. The owners were super friendly and helped us with snorkeling tours nearby. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and our rooms had hammocks which were perfect for relaxing after our adventures.
One downside was that dinner wasn't consistently offered, so we missed out on a couple of nights due to reservation cutoff times.

This was just a solid selection for a brief pause in Tulum with good value. I loved that the proprietors kept the bar open for us, serving mojitos late at night. If you need tips on the best local tacos, ask Charles!
